Terms of use
Last updated 5 August 2026. By using gloppr.com you accept what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this site is
gloppr.com publishes automated technical analysis of crypto assets. Indicators are computed server-side from public market data; a language model then interprets those figures and issues a call, with a confidence level. Every call is recorded and later checked against what the market actually did — including the ones that were wrong.
The method, its parameters and its known limits are set out on the help page. Nothing about the process is hidden: the site is built to be judged on its record.
What this site is not
This is not investment advice. Everything published here is informational and educational. It is not a personal recommendation, not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, and not tailored to anyone's circumstances, objectives or financial situation — including yours, even when the site analyses positions you have declared. The analysis responds to figures in a database; it knows nothing of your income, your obligations, your tax position or your tolerance for loss.
This site does not predict anything. The indicators transform past prices. Crypto assets are highly volatile and carry the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance does not indicate future results.
This site holds nothing and executes nothing. It never connects to an exchange, a wallet or a bank, holds no funds, and cannot place an order. Positions shown are figures you typed in.
Every decision you make is yours. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you live — the legal status of crypto assets varies widely — and you should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.
Accounts
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
- One person, one account. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time, by writing to the address at the bottom of this page.
- The demo account is shared and deliberately frozen: its portfolio cannot be edited, so that everyone sees the same thing.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- scrape, mirror or resell the published analysis, or present it as your own;
- automate requests at a rate that degrades the service for others, or attempt to bypass access controls;
- use the site to give investment advice to third parties, or to suggest that a call published here was validated for someone's particular situation;
- attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse the infrastructure.
Features that consume paid computation — generating a strategy proposal in particular — may be reserved to specific plans, rate-limited, or changed.
Availability and accuracy
The site is provided « as is », with no guarantee of availability, completeness or accuracy. Analysis cycles run on a schedule and can be delayed or skipped; external data sources can fail or return wrong values; a call may be missing, stale or simply mistaken.
Analyses are generated automatically and published without human review. Where a figure is unknown, the site is built to say so rather than to fill the gap — but this is a design rule, not a warranty.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Content and ownership
The site, its code, its design and the analyses it publishes belong to their operator. You may read them, and quote a short extract with a link back. You may not republish them wholesale.
The data you enter remains yours. Market data comes from public sources and belongs to those sources. Asset logos and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the asset.
Changes and termination
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn, and an account that breaks these rules may be suspended.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.
